We arrived 90 minutes early for the appointment to have my 2019 Tacoma serviced. We were cheerfully met by Olivia. I explained I was early and she no worries, she would get us right in. In less than 30 min my 2019 Tacoma serviced. We were cheerfully met by Olivia. I explained I was early and she no worries, she would get us right in. In less than 30 minutes she greeted us in the waiting area , announcing that my Tacoma was ready to go. Over the last decade I’ve enjoyed having my 2008 Tundra and now my 2019 Tacoma serviced by y’all. The friendliness, courtesy and professionalism with I’ve been treated, second to none. I am looking forward to leading my 2022 Tacoma from y’all and continuing to have it serviced by y’all. Great organization, don’t change and God bless y’all. More
