Appointments take AT LEAST an hour for a simple oil change! They must overbook. It’s frustrating to wait so long. They get you with that free oil change for life. The tec that serviced my Subaru did not check the tire pressure even when I asked at the service desk for that to be done. Last time the tec didn't check my tire pressure so I wanted to make sure it was pressure even when I asked at the service desk for that to be done.
