Very long wait time for service. I had the first appointment of the day and it was just to add two simple accessories to my car. One of the accessories ended up being incorrect...which was the faul appointment of the day and it was just to add two simple accessories to my car. One of the accessories ended up being incorrect...which was the fault of the salesman who ordered it and not the service staff. However, the removal of that accessory took less than 5 minutes which made me feel like the 2 hours I spent there was 90% not working on my vehicle. What's the point of having appointments at all if that is the case? 30-45 minutes is more than enough time to perform the installations for my appointment....2 hours is just not valuing the time of your customer. More

Overall very good. I liked that I could text my rep and she answered right away. It took a little longer than I expected but the waiting room is nice. I believe they might have forgotten to rotate my tir she answered right away. It took a little longer than I expected but the waiting room is nice.
