Mike Walsh was an excellent salesman. When he could not find exactly what I was looking for on 600 mile searches, he special ordered my truck from the factory. He kept me informed over the 3 months. He made sure I was completely satisfied on prep and delivery. I would say that new product knowledge on new models like PowerBoost F-150 and new Bronco is suffering during Covid. They just have not seen enough of 2021 models on the lot to learn all the nuances. Ford online build site can not display all the differences from one package to another one. More

I signed the paperwork to order my perfect Bronco Sport with Ari at Murray Ford this past Saturday and it was a breeze. Very easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. Can't wait to pick with Ari at Murray Ford this past Saturday and it was a breeze. Very easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. Can't wait to pick up my Bronco once it's built. Update: I pick up my perfect Bronco last week. There were a couple of hiccups due to an issue during transit but Ari went above and beyond to ensure I could pick up my Bronco that day. Ari has been amazing even after the purchase ensuring I am completely satisfied with Murray Ford and the Bronco Sport. The only negative part of the experience was the finance manager Dan, who decided to add on packages I never agreed to, spoke down to me, and a generally demeaning person. Living out of the area, this was incredibly angering and frustrating when I saw a $1,300 package added to my bill. Fortunately, Ari was able to take care of it for me and made the process from ordering to pick up as easy as possible. More
