Our sales associate, James, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the F-150s we were looking at. We were able to look at many trucks with different trim levels and engine choices. We test drove thr knowledgeable of the F-150s we were looking at. We were able to look at many trucks with different trim levels and engine choices. We test drove three to narrow our choice. The sales negotiation was not high pressure. For purchasing, the dealer didn't come down off the sticker price too much. However, I did receive some Ford Customer Cash and I fair price for my trade. The final signing of papers was fairly quick. More
