The salesmen were very helpful and friendly. Buying a new car can be stressful, but overall we enjoyed our experience. A few years ago we had a mediocre experience Murdock Hyundai and so we were hesitant to go back in. We decided to because they were offering a great deal on a Santa Fe we wanted. We started looking arou Hyundai and so we were hesitant to go back in. We decided to because they were offering a great deal on a Santa Fe we wanted. We started looking around and Tyler Robinson came out to help us find what we were looking for. He did help us find it and also showed us another Santa Fe that he thought we might like. He was right - we did it like it and we ended up buying the one that he had shown us. In the Santa Fe that had drawn us in, he pointed out a little paint touch-up on the bumper that my wife and I hadn't seen; it was a real integrity move that really let us know he wasn't just going to sell us any old crappy car. We really hate pushy salesmen, and so we were really grateful to work with Tyler. We decided to leave so that we could think about it a little bit, and he just let us go. After we went home and looked up the car on KBB, we figured out it was priced way below book value; we were getting a certified pre-owned for the private party price. It was a great deal! So we went back to the dealership and Tyler was there to help us and get us all squared away. It took longer than normal for them to clean out the car and put gas in it, but they were really apologetic about that. Paul (the manager) came over to check on us and he threw in an extra mat that we had been looking at because we had to wait. It was a great experience, and we were really happy to work with them. We highly recommend this dealership. It isn't like the bad experiences you've had at Larry H Miller (where I bought my jeep a few years ago). If you hate high-pressure salesmen, ask for Tyler. He is really friendly and does a great job showing you your options, sharing all the information he has, and making the experience a good one. Thanks! More
Jim is a very kind and friendly salesman. He was very patient with us as we sorted out what we could afford. He spent as much (or more) time with us for a used car as he would spend with someone buying patient with us as we sorted out what we could afford. He spent as much (or more) time with us for a used car as he would spend with someone buying a new car, making sure that we were happy with our purchase and that a concern I had about vibration in the wheels was checked out before we left the dealership. He also made sure it looked great and had a full tank of gas before we left the dealership. It was a pleasant experience having Jim Engle for our salesman. More
