I would like to say thank you to all the staff who helped me get my new Lexus NX. It took me 18 month, but I did get exactly what I wanted, and even a few weeks earlier than expected. I really appreciate tha me get my new Lexus NX. It took me 18 month, but I did get exactly what I wanted, and even a few weeks earlier than expected. I really appreciate that only a few useful dealer installed addons were installed, like all weather mats and all weather cargo liner, as well as mud guards, and that is it. They did not installed a bunch of useless junk, just to make a few more bucks for themselves. All their staff worked with me throughout the purchase process, they were nice, kind and patient. I did not feel any pressure from any of them, they went through all the paperwork thoroughly, and explained what they were for and what I was signing. Anyway, I want to say Thank You Jeff Johnson for patiently working with me for 1.5 years lol to get me exactly what I wanted. I want to say Thank You to Brick Flint for making it not stressful for me, but instead made it fun at the digital table at finance office going over the paperwork. Finally, I want to say Thank You to Sherry Overhoff for going over the all the tech in the vehicle and answering all the questions. Keep up the good work you all! More
