My experience at this dealership was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson was Barb Krajewski who was friendly and knew the product. I came in with many questions about the car. She answered all my questions in detail. After taking delivery, Barb spent time explaining and setting up the safety features on the car. She is the most knowledgeable car salesperson I have ever worked with and would highly recommend her and Muller Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a new Acura. More

Muller's makes car buying easy!!! I emailed asking for some information and was immediately met with a simple and descriptive email. I told Sebastian I would be at his dealership ri I emailed asking for some information and was immediately met with a simple and descriptive email. I told Sebastian I would be at his dealership right around 5pm. I was met with the car waiting for me to scope out and Sebastian ready to let me test drive it. I asked if I could test drive it by myself so that I could drive it how I normally drive and not with a sales guy jabbering at me. Sebastian said no problem. Car was great! Cleaned and with everything I was looking for. When I got back, I need to see how wide the truck was so that I could use it for hauling plywood. Sebastian went out of his way to locate a tape measure for me so that I could check it out. After it I told him I liked he car, we sat down and talked finances. At first it wasn't going to work out. We wer $30/month over what I wanted to spend. But I told them where I needed to be and Tommy (Sebastian's manager) came out and told me he would get it down. Easily the most laid back and quick (I was there a total of 2 hours max) car buying experience that I have ever been involved in. They don't mess around and if you tell them what you need, they will go out of their way to make it happen. Muller's Acura is the place to go. More

First time car buyer, set high bar for subsequent purchases Visited Muller's Woodfield Acura on a Saturday morning for what I thought would be the first of many dealers I would visit that day. As a first time car buyer, I wasn't quite sure what exactly I wanted in a car. Greeted by Roger who was welcoming, patience, and talked me through Acrua's models and all that each package had to offer. With this information I easily narrowed in on what I wanted and once I took a test drive I knew Acura was the car for me. Needless to say, I didn't visit any other dealerships that day and drove away in my new Acura that evening. Price negotiations were far less stressful than I had anticipated. Roger was forthright and transparent about the negotiation process; even stayed well after hours to wrap up the deal. After my positive experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muller's and Roger to anyone looking to purchase a car for the first time, or otherwise. More

The BEST car buying experience! I was a bit hesitant in buying a new vehicle. I've dealt with many dealerships and salesman in the past. As soon as I walked into Muller's Woodfield A I was a bit hesitant in buying a new vehicle. I've dealt with many dealerships and salesman in the past. As soon as I walked into Muller's Woodfield Acura I knew this would be the place. Not only was every staff member respectful they make you feel at home. When I met and sat down with Sebastian I became worry free, Not only was his service grade A. Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure to answer all my questions. I will recommend this dealership and Sebastian to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Muller's Acura has been by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle! Personalized Service.....OLD SCHOOL!! I am so happy to have found this Service Department. I made the mistake of buying my used 2013 ILX at another dealership but have done ALL my service I am so happy to have found this Service Department. I made the mistake of buying my used 2013 ILX at another dealership but have done ALL my service including the purchase of my warranty through Muller. Mike in the Service Department is spectacular!! EVERYONE there is, Mike is just who I started with so he is who I turn to for all my service needs. These guys are not that "Dealership Pricing/Rip off!" They communicate very honestly about any care that needs to be done without gouging me and taking advantage of me because I am a women. I have gotten price comparisons and done my homework on things I need done. They are within $20 of anyone else I have gone to and been quoted by. The difference is they stand behind EVERYTHING!! No doubt where to go for all future repairs. Thanks Mike for being one of the good guys!!! More
