He happily answered all of my questions and confirmed my understanding of the answers. After the sale was final, he took ample time with me explaining all of the features of the car. I had to ask him to go over a couple things twice (only because there's so much technology in the vehicle), and he was happy to do so. Great experience Car buying is usually a hassle. Sebastian was very responsive to questions and able to explain details and options on two Certified cars between which Car buying is usually a hassle. Patrick in Finance also was patient and willing to walk us through all the financing scenarios and make something work in our budget.
