Muller's Woodfield Acura

Hubby said he wouldn't buy an Acura from anyone else. Another convert to the Lance Fan Club! My husband and I had been looking at SUVs for a couple of months, but had yet to find one that "spoke" to me. Another convert to the Lance Fan Club! My husband and I had been looking at SUVs for a couple of months, but had yet to find one that "spoke" to me. We happened upon the Mueller Acura dealership and thought why not check out what they have. I have never been interested in an Acura but upon meeting Lance and his sharing of his in-depth knowledge, I found myself intrigued. Mueller has quite an inventory and Lance knows the available inventory. Lance seriously knows his brand. We were lucky to be greeted by him upon entering the dealership. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He was a HUGE reason we bought an Acura MDX (not withstanding the quality of the car). We dilly-dallied about purchasing for a couple of weeks. I even brought my eldest son to test drive for his input. Even my son was impressed with Lance (and he is one tough cookie as he is cynical). Lance was gracious and patient throughout our journey. We couldn't be happier with our experience (and that is a rare thing in car buying) and with our new car. I especially appreciated Lance taking the time to show and explain all the technology on the MDX after our purchase. He has even reached out to us post purchase to ensure our satisfaction with the vehicle. Lance and Mueller made an Acura believer out of my family. Thank you so much! I would also like to give a shout out to the Higgins' facility finance manager, Patrick Douglas, class act and very personable. He got us a better interest rate from our own bank than we had be quoted by it. Again, the whole experience rocked. :) More
