I found the exact car I was looking for online; I knew it was a "hot item," and would probably be bought within the week, by somebody else, if I haggled and didn't buy it then and there. I thought the price was fair; I am still discovering wonderful features that amaze me about this vehicle. Mike Kolar was the BEST! He was a "real person," not a "sales-bot." I found him to be personable, and he answered my questions with forthrightness and honesty. He shared a bit of his own personal interests with me and my girlfriend (as a triathlete, she probably had more in common with Mike; he is a former Marine who does the "Tough Mudder" challenges). I am delighted with my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen TDI, and I am delighted with my car-buying experience at Volkswagen of Highland Park.
