Needs to be addressed Your service dept is excellent! Sales is another story. One older gentleman is extremely inappropriate on the floor and discusses inappropriate topic Your service dept is excellent! Sales is another story. One older gentleman is extremely inappropriate on the floor and discusses inappropriate topics. One example is his political views that are quite offensive in nature. Political views have no place on the floor and I should not be subject to hearing them while sitting to get my car serviced. I may not return and may choose to go to another Honda for service. No reason to have to put up with this behavior from an adult. More

Scheduling Service via phone frustrating! Scheduling service or getting ahold of service writers is next to impossible! Called four different times and still couldn’t schedule a simple oil ch Scheduling service or getting ahold of service writers is next to impossible! Called four different times and still couldn’t schedule a simple oil change. Phone transfers to service rang over twenty times with no answer. When transferred to scheduler, got voice mail and they never called back entire day! Finally scheduled via Internet. When dropping car off, none of the four service writers greeted us for several minutes. Schedulers and service writers need some major customer service and follow up training! More
