Anes was the best! We were in a terrible situation brought on by terrible customer service and marketing at Cleveland Ford and I was a basket case! Anes after his shift was over in late one evening after I had inquired about a vehicle on their lot and he got all of the details of our current situation and said he would take it to his manager Bailey in the morning. The very next morning pretty early on he reached out and throughout the day both of them work to put together a deal that fit our families needs but also respected our budget. They were very active listening and NEVER pressured us into anything. Once we found the right vehicle they stayed almost 2jrs after the close of business to get us finished and into our new vehicle.
