I had did a review on 9/21/20 on my recent experience with Motor Mile accessories dept. I received a call a few days later from the manager of the parts/accessories dept with her apology on the way thing with Motor Mile accessories dept. I received a call a few days later from the manager of the parts/accessories dept with her apology on the way things were handled when I brought my 2020 F150 Lariat to get a sprayin bed liner, a tonneau bed top, a step on side the bed and two wheelwell covers. She explained to me how some of the processes that were done that day are being changed to solve some of the issues I had brought up. I was very pleased with the plan she had to get me back in there to get my cover put on. More

Overall experience was excellent. Bought my car in two days that was test driving, financing, signing. Very friendly and professional staff. They were quick to look for the cars I wanted with the specs I days that was test driving, financing, signing. Very friendly and professional staff. I bought my 2020 f150 from motor mile ford and was trying to be loyal when it came to service and accessories. I arranged a week before I brought my truck in to get a spray in bed liner, torneau cover, a sid to be loyal when it came to service and accessories. I arranged a week before I brought my truck in to get a spray in bed liner, torneau cover, a side step and wheel well covers. I wanted it all to get done in one visit which I was told wasn’t a problem. I scheduled to drop truck off early Wednesday morning and the gentleman said it would be ready this afternoon. I am a travel nurse not from here so I had to rent a car. Not only rent a car but pay a Uber driver 15 bucks to bring me to the rental car place which is 5 minutes away because businesses don’t want to purchase a piece of plexiglass as a barrier bc of covid so they just cut out a courtesy vehicle to bring and pick up customers. This gentleman that picked me up had this makeshift piece of plastic which served as the barrier which is fine with me. I called around 330 to get an update and was told the line-x people still had my truck and didn’t look like the job would be complete by closing. So I had to rent a car for another day bc I need a vehicle for work and I’m on call. I call the next day around 11am bc I haven’t got a call from anyone. The girl I spoke with told me the truck was ready so I said I would get there ASAP. About 10 min later I get a call from Bobby the gentleman that has ordered and setup everything from the beginning. He proceeds to tell me he can’t find the cover, step or wheel well covers I am supposed to have installed. I said should these parts have been checked to make sure they were in before I brought my truck in. I didn’t want to hear about the computer problems with ordering bc I’ve spent way more money than I’ve wanted in this ordeal. In the end the step and the wheel well covers were found and installed and the cover was on back order. So this means I have to drop my truck off again whenever the cover comes in. Bobby was very apologetic about the whole ordeal and did help me by discounting some from the bill. It’s more of an inconvenience thing for me more than the money. This is not small potatoes either. It’s like over 2000 bucks for everything. I am really undecided whether I want to finish this job with motor mile accessories but businesses have come to just blame everything that goes wrong on the dilemmas of everything with Covid-19 which I’m sure is having an impact, but that doesn’t count for the lack of communication with the customers. I do sympathize bc I am a travel nurse and the same communication problems are happening with hospital and patient communication. Having pts come to the hospital for a procedure they think is all setup and get to the hospital and there is no record of it. People have choices now more than ever where to bring their business. I’m sorry this review wasn’t the best it could have been but I spent 70 thousand dollars on a truck and would think I would get better service than what I received. More

Very friendly , honest and attentive to my concerns. Answered all my question and backed up with paper work. Price was marked down a bunch even before rebates and quickly approved by sales manager. Phillip my salesman was very polite and extremely helpful. Showroom very clean and nice, lot well organized. One area of slight concern was cleanup and prep could have paid some more attention to detail, some water spots on 1 window and a few body areas, wheels had treatment sprayed over light dirt. All in all I'd do business with Motor Mile again any time. More
