There was nothing "sales man" about him. He didn't try to "over sell" us on anything and he was just a FUN person to be around. After Jake and I picked our car out we were sent up to do paper work with another employee and I actually leaned over to Jake and said "I miss Mark, ahaha." When we left I gave Mark a huge hug and we waved to him goodbye as we drove off in our new car. The next day he actually called me to see how the car was and how Jake was doing!!!
