I started my search for a new truck about two months ago, just when i had returned from my deployment to iraq. I Hated feeling rushed by other dealers. I was looking to take my time. i wanted to learn as much as possible before i said yes to anyone or put my signature on anything and the only person with enough patience to deal with me was Bill Cooper at Mossy Toyota. Buying a truck is a huge purchase for anyone and i had a million questions. Bill sat down with me and we went over step by step, from start to finish, the process of buying the truck i wanted. he had no problem answering any questions i had at any time. Bill understood i was doing this for the first time and made sure i could follow everything before we moved on. I have no doubt that i took far longer than most customers, but Bill dealt with me with the patience of a saint. I drove off with my new Tacoma about a week ago and I love it. More

We were not jerked around, we were shown the exact model of car Larry said he had for us before we arrived at the car lot, and Larry was with us throughout the process when the manager or financial specialist were not going over paperwork with us. I especially appreciate the lengths that Larry and Mossy Toyota took to ensure that my identity and sale were secure (that I was who I said I was and that someone was not pretending to be me).
