I am always very nervous when purchasing a new car. Given only 4 out of 5 for customer service because they could have offered at least water while we were discussing the "numbers", which took the longer part. Not only did Bill make me feel so comfortable with my decision; he was outstanding with knowing what I needed and wanted. He recommended for me to go with a lesser car, in which was a smarter choice for decision; he was outstanding with knowing what I needed and wanted. He recommended for me to go with a lesser car, in which was a smarter choice for me. I was so nervous the first time I came in due to the problems with my previous car. I wanted to explore the possibility of trading in my current corolla for a new one. I bought an 08 corolla 2 years ago. This was the first new car I'd ever bought, (from Mossy Toyota) and drove off the lot with 14 miles on the car. However I swear the car was cursed. Made on the 13th on a full moon, at midnight... I swear. Everything that could go wrong with the car did; and it was brand new! I just wanted a fresh start, with a new car. I didn't want to extend my payment a whole lot, and really was looking to reduce my payment. Even though I couldn't reduce my payment with the car I chose, I am so happy. Bill and Brian allowed me to really feel comfortable with my decision. I know there is commission involved. I was in sales, and I get that everyone needs to make money; however, that "just in it to make the sale" feeling was never there. I could have said I wanted the cheapest car, with no whistles and both Bill and Brian would have obliged. I think I've told about everyone I know, many of whom are really thinking about buying a new Toyota. There have been questions about the security of Toyota, and safety. I have re-assured them that not only am I confident in Toyota, I recommend a test drive! (with Bill of course) Thank you Bill and Brian... (insert huge smile on my face here) More

I worked with Bill Cooper. He was the best salesperson that I have ever had. He was extremely friendly, honest, and did not try to give me the sales pitch just to buy a car.
