I am always very nervous when purchasing a new car. Not only did Bill make me feel so comfortable with my decision; he was outstanding with knowing what I needed and wanted. He recommended for me to go with a lesser car, in which was a smarter choice for decision; he was outstanding with knowing what I needed and wanted. He recommended for me to go with a lesser car, in which was a smarter choice for me. I was so nervous the first time I came in due to the problems with my previous car. I wanted to explore the possibility of trading in my current corolla for a new one. I bought an 08 corolla 2 years ago. This was the first new car I'd ever bought, (from Mossy Toyota) and drove off the lot with 14 miles on the car. However I swear the car was cursed. Made on the 13th on a full moon, at midnight... I swear. Everything that could go wrong with the car did; and it was brand new! I just wanted a fresh start, with a new car. I didn't want to extend my payment a whole lot, and really was looking to reduce my payment. Even though I couldn't reduce my payment with the car I chose, I am so happy. Bill and Brian allowed me to really feel comfortable with my decision. I know there is commission involved. I was in sales, and I get that everyone needs to make money; however, that "just in it to make the sale" feeling was never there. I could have said I wanted the cheapest car, with no whistles and both Bill and Brian would have obliged. I think I've told about everyone I know, many of whom are really thinking about buying a new Toyota. There have been questions about the security of Toyota, and safety. I have re-assured them that not only am I confident in Toyota, I recommend a test drive! (with Bill of course) Thank you Bill and Brian... (insert huge smile on my face here) More
