I was not very sure I wanted to go through the process of buying a car because It can be very stressful. Jerry made this process very smooth for a first-time buyer like myself. I had visited different dealer buying a car because It can be very stressful. Jerry made this process very smooth for a first-time buyer like myself. I had visited different dealerships before I went to this dealership on a saturday night, and they were already closed but Jerry gave me his card and he seemed so friendly that I went back the next day. Other sales people at other dealerships just didn't seem patient, or interested enough to take the time to answer my questions, or they didn't have the car I wanted. I really wanted a Yaris and Mossy Toyota didn't have one, they offered different models but I was only interested in a 5-door Yaris. Jerry said he could find me a Yaris and he did! He asked me my top three color choices, and in a few days he got me the Yaris I wanted, I even got a discount for being a recent college graduate. Overall the experience was very pleasant, I didn't have to spend countless hours at the dealership, I knew which car I wanted and Jerry got it for me. He is very friendly, to the point, and super patient with a first-time buyer with a lot of questions like myself. I'm very happy with my Yaris and with Jerry's customer service. James in the finance department was also extremely helpful, he answered all my questions, offered very detailed explanations of the contract, leasing terms, car alarm, everything. He was very friendly, and engaging in conversation, he asked about my plans for the car, and offered services for it. We even talked about music for a while! Overall I am very pleased with the customer service I received both from Jerry in sales and James in the finance department. It was a true pleasure doing business with them, I would definitely recommend anyone this dealership, specially Jerry Padilla. Oh, and he speaks Spanish which is always a plus! More

Everything went great from the shopping phase to the delivery. It was a little negotiation but I got what I wanted. The salesman was professional and so was the Finance department, although they try t delivery. It was a little negotiation but I got what I wanted. Only two minor drawbacks: the tank was not full on delivery, and the service department did a poor job in washing the car (on a subsequent visit). They broke the license plate holder. Not a big deal. Went Smooth and was out of there in a short amount of time with a good price on a new sienna. After spending just a couple discouraging minutes on 2 different car lots the previous month I drove by Mossy on my way from a nearby errand. After noticing they sold Toyotas I pulled in - spur of the moment. Just wondering, perhaps a different outlook in a different area... I was met in the lot by Mr. Bob Faulis and immediatly presented him with the "challanges" I was faced with while needing a new car "down the road". My current vehicle was 13 yrs old and had been a large source of repair the past year. Given my "economic criteria" Bob said "we may be able to work something out, would you like to look at any thing?". Well, Ok, why not. So I looked at some Prius models, still in my mind thinking this would be far in my future. Well, long story short, he punched in some numbers, I said I couldn't afford that. He just kept saying "I want to make you happy". The numbers were punched and repunched. I walked in at 6:00 P.M. and at 11:30 P.M. I drove out in a new 2010 Prius! I love this car more each day, it is the exact color of my dog: gold with black trim.:) My work is moving offices an additional 20 miles from my home within 2-5 months so now I have an economical fuel vehicle too. What a difference the right dealership and salesperson can make! Thank you so much! More
