Was told I'd get a 100,000 mile warranty 7 years. They traded a $200 "finishing touch" that increased my payments $80 and I ended up with a 5 year 75,000 mile warranty. Mark Arrington sold me my 2019 Honda Civic at Mossy Honda about a year ago. During this interaction, he specifically told me that oil changes would be free as long as I return to Mossy Honda. However, he lie about a year ago. During this interaction, he specifically told me that oil changes would be free as long as I return to Mossy Honda. However, he lied to me as the service department was never notified of this deal Mark made with me a year ago. Considering I was lied to, I have rated the Pricing with 1 star. Also, I truly hope that Mark does not lie to anybody else in the future, although I’m sure he will. Joel was great (he attempted to contact sales to see if there was a mess up on there end, but turned out that Mark simply lied to my face about the free oil change). I’m rating my overall experience excellent as to reflect my time with Joel. However in reality, I left feeling scammed as a result of Mark. More
