I was very please and suprised by the service I recieved at Zumbrota Ford. I frist called Zumbrota Ford to talk with a sales represenative and was put in contact with Richard Jack. He was able/wiling to answer any questions over the phone before I decided to head over to Zumbrota to check things out. Once I arrived I was greeted at the door with a smile and hand shake by Richard. He was very patient, and was more concerned about me finding a car I liked verses a car I thought I could afford. Again he was very attentive to my needs, offering me something to drink several times, popcorn, and agian listening and answering my questions. He was very informed about the sales and what would work for my buget and the kind of car I wanted or needed. Once it came to to finical aspect of the car and getting finiancing he kept checking on the progress of things. Zumbrota Ford was very busy on 12/28 and he made me feel like I was the only one in the dealership. I would be honored to business or refer someone to Richard again. Thank You. More

This was my second time purchasing a car from Zumbrota Ford. I don't know who does the hiring of the sales people a Zumbrota Ford, but they know what they are doing. Drew O'Rourke was great and very goo Ford. I don't know who does the hiring of the sales people a Zumbrota Ford, but they know what they are doing. Drew O'Rourke was great and very good at what he obviously likes to do. EVERY person there from the sales, finance, techs, and I mean everyone was superb and didn't miss a beat. My wife and I actually felt welcome and even though we have less than stellar credit, we drove away in the perfect car for our family. If you are not shopping for a used car at Zumbrota Ford, you are probably hating life right about now. More
