Tyler Tunnell and his team at Morristown Nissan could not have been more helpful when my husband and I had a service emergency while on a road trip. We were forced to get off the freeway on our way through Morristown late in the afternoon on a Friday. We found Morristown Nissan online and contacted them. Despite the fact that it was closing time, the team waited for us to "limp" over to the dealership and stayed late to take care of us and get us back on the road. We were in a very stressful situation and they took excellent care of us. They were friendly, professional and competent. Thanks so much to Morristown Nissan! More
Overall great experience with service of my Frontier. They were ready for the vehicle at the appointment time and completed the service and a minor recall issue in a very reasonable time. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The finance department is very pushy in selling you an extended warranty. Then if for personal/financial reasons you have to cancel the warranty the finance department will argue with you instead of respecting your wishes. The service department won’t complete your full service even if it is written down and or put into their system. My vehicle has a recall and I asked them to fix it when it went in for an oil change and it wasn’t completed. I was told that if the car acts up due to the recall, just keep driving it and get it fixed whenever. Wouldn’t recommend them. More
I’ll start this by saying Alec was awesome to deal with along with everyone I spoke to after buying a new Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek yesterday. I may old school but I looked on the website saw a list pri along with everyone I spoke to after buying a new Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek yesterday. I may old school but I looked on the website saw a list price for Nissan Pathfinders Rock Creek and the most expensive version was Less than 45k. I got hit with you don’t qualify for all of those saving! The list didn’t say that and still doesn’t! If I’d had known I’d definitely talked the wife into another Jeep. Where I’ve bought vehicles and I’d the site has it listed for 41k you cost will be 41k there no behind the door xx. This was my second purchase from Nissan here in Morristown but it’ll be my last. It had nothing to do with customer service and I made sure Alec knew that. I should have left and not purchased to say the least and the more I’ve thought about it the more disappointed in myself I’ve got. More

I had a friend buy a car and they were with a salesman for over 4 hours negotiating a deal. The salesman was sexist and made comments about her appearance more than once. She eventually made a deal to put for over 4 hours negotiating a deal. The salesman was sexist and made comments about her appearance more than once. She eventually made a deal to put down $2000 trade in her car for $14000(lower than KBB) and only finance $1200 on a used 2024 car. When she went to finance department they made her sign a document that had the payment hidden and set to over $16500 without interest and pushed her to sign it fast without reading it. When she finally got her information from the financing company they tanked her credit and said "there's nothing we can do'. More
(I posted the same review on Google) If I could leave negative stars, I would... Promised me a deal yesterday, but when it came time to close, I was told: "our system is down at the moment, your deal negative stars, I would... Promised me a deal yesterday, but when it came time to close, I was told: "our system is down at the moment, your deal is locked in, We'll take care of you, and get everything signed in the morning." Today, I get a text from my salesman: "Good Morning [My name]. This is [salesman] from Morristown Nissan, reaching out to let you know I got your approval and wanting to know when [your family] can back in to get your new truck?" I replied that I would be there "within the hour" I arrive and one of the "Managers" comes out and tries to hit me with a "deal" that's almost $200 more a month than what they said was "locked in" the previous day. They did "manage somehow to bring it down to only $100 per month above what I had agreed to before I told them to forget it and walked out to what was going to be my trade in, and I left in the vehicle that I arrived in. They can't be trusted to deal in good faith. You will take your business elsewhere if you are smart. Prior to this interaction I had bought a vehicle from East Tennessee Nissan (same dealership, different name)... and they kind of screwed me on that deal with some fine print buried in the lease agreement. But when the name changed and new management I decided to give them another try. It was a mistake. I was reading some of the other many "1 Star" reviews, and numerous ones of them had the same bait-and-switch scam that they tried on me... and their reply always includes something to the effect of "We would like to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously and will be addressing this matter internally to prevent similar incidents in the future."... I am left wondering when they are going to start doing that ... or is it just some irrelevant platitude that they hope will soothe over people that don't know it to be the waste of text that it is. Edited to add: I'm copying their response, just in case they decide to delete it after seeing this edit... Response from the owner a day ago We apologize for falling short of the level of service we strive to provide. Your comments will be shared with our team for improvement. If you’re open to it, we’d like to connect directly to help make things right. [phone number redacted] My response to that: I decided to give them a chance to "make things right"... in my book, you "make things right" by doing what you promised. Well... they chose to NOT fulfill the promise that was made to me on Monday. So now I have a worse opinion of them than I did before... because they reneged on their "make things right" offer. They didn't have to make that "make things right" offer... but they did, and then they failed to follow through. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Edited (part 2)... Looks like me copying their response was a good idea, since they deleted it as I expected a dishonorable business to do. More

I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes back to the dealership to cancel the extended warranty contract for the 2025 Murano SL currently in my possession. While completing the cancellations, I spoke with the General Manager. He invited me to share my concerns again regarding my experience on July 26, 2025. He suggested that perhaps we could work something out by swapping the 2025 Murano SL for a Platinum model I originally believed I was purchasing. At first, I thought this might indicate the dealership was ready to take my complaints seriously and resolve the situation. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that was not the case. Despite knowing the cost difference between Platinum and SL is about $3,000 and is the settlement amount I have requested, the General Manager presented me with an unreasonable offer. Their proposal would increase my current loan debt by additional $20,000 in payments over the life of the loan. Later, a “revised” offer was made with an owner’s approval that would still increase my current loan debt by $12,000 over the life of the loan. Since the offers were ridiculous, this was not an attempt to resolve my concerns but rather an effort to waste my time and emphasize that the dealership would not take responsibility for the prior misrepresentation. I will continue pursuing my complaint through the Better Business Bureau. I have also prayed for the General Manager and owners—that God would touch their hearts, lead them to treat customers fairly, and remove any negative influences that harm both consumers and the dealership’s reputation. I choose to forgive them for the wrongs I have experienced, while still seeking a just resolution. More
