The experience from the dealership when buying out our lease at lease end has been extremely poor. No follow up from finance team or management and they keep saying they are waiting for bank rep. Ending u lease at lease end has been extremely poor. No follow up from finance team or management and they keep saying they are waiting for bank rep. Ending up paying more for lease than contracted and still am waiting for refund with no return calls or anything. Disappointing experience and we have bought/leased 2 cars from them. More
