Extremely pleasant Because I was purchasing a vehicle, I spent about 5 hours working with the people at Morrie’s. Everyone was sincerely friendly and helpful, answering Because I was purchasing a vehicle, I spent about 5 hours working with the people at Morrie’s. Everyone was sincerely friendly and helpful, answering my questions thoroughly and patiently allowing me time to ponder new options that were presented to me during the purchase process. Alyssa even helped me clean all the stuff out of my trade-in car (there was a lot of stuff!). The business is clean and has lots of natural lighting. There is a drink/snack bar set up for anybody to help themselves. The day after I bought my car, I received a follow-up call to see how things were going. Immediately after that, the shop called to set up a time to apply the undercoating I had purchased. All in all, what could have been a stressful event turned out to be quite pleasant, which helped me feel calm enough to make the best choices I could. More

Great employees, slow delivery My salesperson and F&I person were both great to work with and incredibly helpful, but the delivery of my vehicle to the dealership was slow and kept My salesperson and F&I person were both great to work with and incredibly helpful, but the delivery of my vehicle to the dealership was slow and kept getting put off for several days due to the vehicle not arriving when expected, which was particularly irksome since I had lost my old car in a mechanical failure and needed a new vehicle, and I lived 1/2 hour away. The salesperson was great and tried to do everything she could to help me and was able to get me a loaner, and I could tell it wasn’t due to her lack of care that the vehicle was taking so long. I would recommend the sales manager work with the distributor on making sure vehicles can be delivered in a timely manner even during busy seasons. Because I lived far away and don’t work near the dealership, it really madd it difficult to deal with the delivery getting pushed back and having to readjust my schedule more than once to accommodate the delivery. But once again, the people in sales and F&I were great and really helped make it a net positive experience. More
