Outstanding Experience! We had our first experience with Morrie's Subaru a year ago, and this experience was similarly terrific. ALL the staff was friendly and welcoming without ever being pesty. Our sales person, Amelia, was a great people person. We were put at ease immediately by her relaxed and efficient manner, and that continued throughout the experience. We asked many questions and test drove two cars to help decide between them. On my second visit I took another test drive of the car we chose to try some very specific things. Amelia was completely accommodating and always seemed able to quickly find any information she did not have memorized. We dealt with two different business managers to handle some of the paperwork and "other" pricing (because the first man we talked to was out sick when we came back to finalize the deal. It is noteworthy and appreciated that he was still in communications with the second man to make sure all information was passed along.) The turnover of the vehicle was also a pleasant experience. Amelia sat in the car with us and familiarized us with all the features we'd need to get started, and pointed out other features we are anxious to try as we get more time. We never felt rushed; we were treated with patience and attentiveness. It was hands-down the best car-buying experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend Morrie's to a friend or relative. More

Great buying experience! I was in the market to replace my aging Ford Fusion. I stopped in to test drive a Subaru Legacy as everyone I know who drives a Subaru just can't say I was in the market to replace my aging Ford Fusion. I stopped in to test drive a Subaru Legacy as everyone I know who drives a Subaru just can't say enough good things about them. My sales person, Lara, was just great! Very professional, accommodating, and pressure free experience. The team helped me understand the pros and cons of leasing versus financing as I've never leased before. Ultimately, what started as just a test drive to see if I would even like the Legacy ended up with me leasing one that day. If you're in the market for a new or used Subaru, I can't recommend Lara at Morrie's enough! More

While we had planned on buying our our lease, he and someone from financing took time to explain to us why it wasn’t in our best interest and laid out all options. I definitely felt like I could trust them and wasn’t being taken advantage of. We ended up leasing a much newer, larger and safer car for barely more than what we were already paying. More

Exceptional experience with Michael I contacted a couple of dealerships before making a decision. Michael Clapper was hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and most responsive I contacted a couple of dealerships before making a decision. Michael Clapper was hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and most responsive sales guy we worked with. He addressed all of our questions, both via email and in person. What I loved most was that he always let us make our own decision rather than leading us towards a certain model/trim and kept an open mind during the process. We were offered the best price to begin with and eventually, our final price was lower than what others offered us even after negotiation. It's rare that you find a sales guy that you can trust, but I have to say I always felt Michael was 100% honest with us. Eva was also very patient with us and explained us all our options for financing well. Overall, our experience was very good. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Michael to everyone More
