Jesse Howard did absolutely phenomenal. No pressure, advised me on different options. Also, I went through lots of dealeships before I went to Morries. I have had my CX-9 for about 1 year now and have been completely satisfied with Morrie's as a dealership, and in particular, my salesperson Jesse Howard. My only disappointment with the CX-9 is the completely satisfied with Morrie's as a dealership, and in particular, my salesperson Jesse Howard. My only disappointment with the CX-9 is the factory tires. They were terrible in the snow, even when new, and I have since replaced them (at 20,000 miles). That is a big expense on a new, expensive vehicle. This has nothing to do with the dealership. More

Both Jesse and Ellen were friendly and easy to work with. Important to me, they never insulted my intelligence regarding our transaction. Integrity and honesty are important to me. The car selling business takes a hit sometimes in this area. But not at Morrie's. Jesse and Ellen proved they want to do business with both parties satisfied......I get a good vehicle at a fair price, and they get a satisfied repeat customer while turning a reasonable profit. I highly recommend Morrie's Mazda. We used to go there to service our MPV and I now went there to buy my second Mazda. I also had looked at other cars and other dealers but the service at Morie's is by far t service our MPV and I now went there to buy my second Mazda. I liked the haggle free environment and the sales staff does not get paid a percentage of the car price, just commission for selling any car, so they really try to find a car that fits you not the most expensive one. I have recommended him to my friends and their experience with him has also been great!
