Purchased a brand new CX-5, I've had the vehicle less than 4 months, and have taken the car in 4 times for the black screen of death. The second time, the service department blamed my iPhone 17 for the m than 4 months, and have taken the car in 4 times for the black screen of death. A recall was issued by Mazda for the black screen, brought my vehicle in on Sept 11, by Sept 22, the black screen came back, a warning message came on "telematics malfunction Have vehicle inspected", drove my car directly to the dealership for them to see and run tests, they choose to turn the car off overnight and did not look at my car until the following day where they couldn't replicate the issue, then asked to give my car 50 miles in total to some techs personal home. I have since filed a claim with corp. Marley also stated that he has not seen the black screen of death but it is a continuing issue with the new CX-5 .... More
