I have been a customer at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford for over 10 years. I have bought at least 6 vehicles there, and always felt I was treated fairly. When I bring one of my vehicles in for service the service underwriters know me, and greet me like an old friend every time. they are always cognizent of getting me in and serviced quickly. They have brought repair items to my attention and always help me to understand the urgency of a repair and/or options to performing the repair at another time. In short, I value the relationship with Morrie's as much as they value me as a customer. Likewise when its time to replace one of my vehicles i will be back to purchase it from them. More

I visited Morries because I wanted a used Ford Edge. I met with John Aretz. He and the Sales Manager found a new Edge for what I was willing to spend on a used one. We were very happy with the complete transaction process, from financing to the add-ons we wanted (trailer hitch, etc).
