We had an excellent experience. We intended to merely test-drive a CR-V but were so impressed with both the car and the dealership that we bought on the spot! Two business days later we were driving off the lot with our new Honda in the make, model, and color we wanted, financed and ready to go. Our salesman, Russ, was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car. We especially liked how he wasn't a typical "pushy" car salesman, but rather let the car sell itself - which it did. We met Mike to arrange the financing and that went without a hitch - again, thoroughly knowledgeable but not pushy. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the market for a new car! More

Krystine answered every question I had for her about color, options, trim level and accessories. I ended up buying an EX-L for a great price! Krystine helped also helped me install my cell phone for the bluetooth and also helped me put a picture of my dog up on my background. Krystine called me a week after I bought it to see how I liked it. Mike Desantis was extremely helpful when it came to my warranty and payments. I will definantly reccommend Krystine to anyone who asks about a new Honda. I look forward to future purchases at Morehead with Krystine as my saleswoman. Thanks! More
My first experience with Morehead Honda in 2012, was absolutely wonderful! Pam in service, is terriffic! I have returned numerous times for service on my 2007 Honda Civic, and evey time is just am absolutely wonderful! Pam in service, is terriffic! I have returned numerous times for service on my 2007 Honda Civic, and evey time is just amazing. Pam takes the time to go over any upcoming repairs. Or services that may bee needed. She even got me a price quote on eveything I wanted to do, so I could budget my $$ and get it done. It was on my first visit in 2012 that I knew I would make a purchase, in 2013. And we did! We bought a 2007 Honda Pilot, just took delivery today (06/01/13). I will be a lifetime customer at Morehead Honda Thank You! Thank You! More
It was such a pleasure dealing with Larisa. She put up with me every step of the way to make my purchase easy and enjoyable. I brought my vehicle in for a 5,000 mi oil, filter, and tire rotation on 5/14/13 as I have been doing right along. I'm a little unsatisfied with part of the service. Yesterday my tire pressure indicator came on so I started checking air pressure as I have done in the past month or so, due to a slow leak that I forgot to have them check out. Well unknown to me, as I'm checking pressure I find that the tire with the slow leak is in the same position on the car as before me bringing it in for service. I know not everyone is perfect, but I just want to get what I paid for. I am not trying to gouge anyone. It does however make me wonder how often this has happened, because previously I did not have a slow leak.,therefore no way of checking. More

At this point I'd say Jeremy is a crook. He has emailed me a few times, but has not fixed any of the issues I've had. Morehead never reconditioned my car before they turned it over to me. Battery was 4+ years old, tires had less than 10k of wear left, fluids weren't changed, light bulbs were burned out and not changed, keyfob didn't work, and at least 2 recalls that were over 2 years old weren't done. At this point I've been complaining to Jeremy since January, it is now almost June. I've received emails back advising he wants to look at my car to determine what it needs and will cut me a deal on future work. I've now spent more than a grand on my car because Morehead failed to do their job. Jeremy has since deleted my facebook post because so many people in the HV saw it, and it was bad publicity for the dealership. I will continue to post on facebook, twitter, and on here to let people know the truth. Jeremy Abramson only cares about making money, he doesn't care about doing the right thing or taking care of his customers. More
