From the moment I called to schedule a test drive, I felt very welcome at Morehead Honda. My sales associate, Krystine Kranz, knew everything about the vehicle and showed everything both before and after I very welcome at Morehead Honda. Employees I encountered that I wasn't working with all spoke with me. The cars they offer for sale are in pristine condition, and exactly as advertised on their website. From start to finish the process was a pleasure. I would highly recommend Morehead Honda! More

Larisa Ammons delivered great customer service. She was extremely friendly and she answered all of my questions. She took care of everything including my insurance. I had gone to countless dealerships looking for a specific vehicle. Between poor customer service, inflated pricing and feeling like I was being pushed into something I didn't want, I had been unsucc specific vehicle. The second I walked onto Morehead's lot, I knew I was in the right place. Doug met with my boyfriend and I, listened to what we were looking for and got us the best deal possible. He was always available to answer any questions and assisted us from the day we met him until we drove off in our new car. We couldn't be happier and are so thankful to have worked with such a knowledgeable, friendly and caring person. Douglas was a honest, caring, hard worker. As a member of the New Windsor community I was very happy to have Douglas add positive attitude to his job. We came in there and was not attack as alot of dealers a the New Windsor community I was very happy to have Douglas add positive attitude to his job. We came in there and was not attack as alot of dealers are like that. I feel Douglas really listened to us. He showed us the best deals but also took in our consideration what was the big picture. We needed a car and he said I want you to have it by tomorrow and he was right. With a great deal, I left with a big smile on my face. I will only go to Douglas and no one else. More

I had great experience buying my new Civic from Mark at Morehead Honda. I went in actually looking at the Honda Fit (which I test drove first and loved) but afterwards Mark and I got to talking about why I Morehead Honda. I went in actually looking at the Honda Fit (which I test drove first and loved) but afterwards Mark and I got to talking about why I was purchasing a new vehicle in the first place, which was primarliy to be a commuter car for my new 120 mile round trip to work. Mark suggested I also look at the Civic, which turned out to be a great suggestion. Much better gas mileage, more room in the back seat for my two little ones and most importantly, it cost less money. Two days later I went back and bought one. Mark was super helpful answering all my questions and at no time pressured me on my decision. He was even able to help me get a 3rd party navigation system into the lowest (LX) trim model - for much less $$ than the EX-L with navigation would have cost me. I will (and already have) recommended Mark and Morehead Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car. Everything was simple, from the sale to trading in my old car to the financing. More

We are starting a family and Doug was very understanding, and didn't even try to push us on something too expensive. His concern was about making certain that we had the right car, the right fit, and the ri and didn't even try to push us on something too expensive. His concern was about making certain that we had the right car, the right fit, and the right experience. Let me say it right here (and my wife will echo it): when we are ready to buy another car, we are going straight to Doug. He's even going to personally assist us with installing our car seat. Dan took a difficult financial situation and made it work. We had an uncomfortable existing loan on the car that we were trading in, but he found a way to make it work with the finance, and keep it in an area where we could well afford the payments. It was a fantastic situation, and we are really, very thankful for all that he did. My family has been very loyal to Honda, as a brand, but now we're going to recommend everyone go to Morehead, as a dealership! More

Mark was a knowledgeable friendly and exremely courteous salesman. He worked with me on what i wanted. He is very thorough and offered to pick me up to get the car. I am 45 min.
