We decided to trade in our gas guzzling older model Suburban and decided to look at minivans. We have 4 kids ages 11 9 7 and 5 that are all active. We were referred to Moore Chrysler from some friends who bought a car from them. The people at Moore Chrysler were great to work with. They gave us a great deal on our trade in! We purchased our mini van and got an excellent deal on the financing. They literally couldn't have been nicer! All the features were explained. It is an awesome car and the kids love it. I literally hated the whole car purchasing process until now. We will be having our car serviced there as well and hopefully they are as good on this end as they were with the purchase. Found a vehicle I was interested in on Moore's Internet website late in the evening so I called and spoke with Kristan who confirmed that the vehicle was still available. Came back to the dealership and in a no pressure sale approach, Henry had my trade in checked out and we set about to make a deal. Once I explained my financial situation and monthly payment needs, Henry had me speak with Chris (Used Car Sales Manager, we put together a great deal without any negotiations. I received much more for my trade than expected, a great term and interest rate. I next sat down with Evan Robin to sign the paperwork and he made it a quick and informative process. He did not try to sell me anything but I asked about an extended warranty which in the end I signed up for because while it raised my payment slightly, it lowered my interest rate. At that point I left with my new vehicle. The next day Evan called me back to say that Bank of America had offered me a lower loan term and an interest rate reduction. Never ever had that happen before. All in all, this was the best buying experience I have ever had on a vehicle! My thanks to everyone at Moore and keep up the great customer service!
