Ongoing Transmission Issues. I had my 2014 Jeep Cherokee to Moore less than a month ago for transmission problems. They kept it a couple days and called me to say they updated the I had my 2014 Jeep Cherokee to Moore less than a month ago for transmission problems. They kept it a couple days and called me to say they updated the computer software. Afterwards, I was getting hard shifts between gears where the car would jerk as it shifted. Last week, it stopped shifting again acting like it did a month earlier. This time, they kept it four days and they performed another software update. I only take my Jeep to this dealer because, when I bought the Lifetime Warranty at purchase, they told me that the deductible would disappear if I took it back there for warranty work. I am finding out now that may have been a bald face lie to get us to sign. More
