Did not follow through with warranty items Installed headlights incorrectly causing me to get pulled over by Peoria police. Led headlights are directional and labeled clearly with the word top. Still not done. Added a dye to my oil to find the oil leak at the rear of engine leaving it over the full limit. Made special arrangements to fix by dropping off the day before so it could be cold so it could in the morning so the mechanic didn't have to work on my Jeep hot did and not touch due to another problem on previews appointment which is understandably. When it was time to pick up my Jeep I was told about it not being started. Arrangements were made this way for a one day start and finish so I could have my Jeep ready for a job across town the next day. Now after a month and texts with Michael Harrington and messages left on voicemail no response to fix the warranty on the oil leak that has left me not wanting to drive my 16 JKUR until fixed. I don't feel safe leaving my Jeep at this dealership and will have to go to a different dealership that is not within walking distance from work. Unfortunately Michael was great to work with but just lack of completing the important reason that I needed my Jeep worked not being a priority is more than disappointing. feel completely blown off. Radio replaced due to Nav loosing map data, recalled impact sensors replaced, oil leak covering my undercarriage and garage NOT FIXED. I changed my oil so I don't have a dye in my oil and incorrect oil level. Will not return as a customer and will find a different professional Jeep dealer to complete warranty on failed OEM Jeep parts More

New purchase I am so happy after leaving Moore with my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude+! The service was as quick as any car buying process could be and the I am so happy after leaving Moore with my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude+! ZERO ACcountabilty / Quality Control Took my jeep there for warranty work (oil leak from rear main seal). Got it back, no visible oil leak. Yay. Afterwards my jeep occasional had starting problmens, I thought this was because it is not a daily driver, so it’s not being started but once/twice a week. Well took to run an errand and then it completely failed to start. Battery was fine. Called my mechanic friend to look at the starter. Starter was not reinstalled properly after the rear main work. It was actually damaged and there was an attempt to cover it up, then the tech didn’t even instal it right. Oh, and it was leaking oil from the same area. Took it back and complained about the starter. Got a verbal shoulder shrug, said there nothing they can do. They fixed the oil leak (again, and for now) but their failure to even address the starter and take accountability for it is unexecusable. They broke my starter and did nothing. WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECCOMMEND. More

Jay knew nothing about car and let us leave lot with empty gas tank low air in tires no windshield fluid and the car was dirty. In addition, he texted someone 2x while working with us and just left us once the deal was done we were there for 4 1/2 hours - i had to go back to finance to see where the process was... I also didnt receive my plates back on my trade or my second car key I ended up having to call and speak with the sales Manger Keith and bring the car back to have the windshield fluid filled and tires filled . He was in contact with Dustin in service and made sure my car was taken care of quickly - Keith also reimbursed me for my gas. He really stepped up make sure everything was handled as soon as I walked In and that went a long way to help fix a bad experience Sue another salesperson walked us through the features on the car - she really stepped up and helped save this experience I dont Know the name of the finance person but he was great as well. While I would recommend your dealership due to the long relationship I only highly recommend Sue as the salesperson More
