Communication with service agents was zero. Left my car and unless I called 1 week later would not have gotten an update or started work on my car. Service agent had no idea what was going on with my car. Then after another week left multiple messages for service agent and never got a return call until I asked to speak with service a manager. Left service manager a message. Finally had to ask receptionist to help me as I had left multiple messages over multiple days. Receptionist was finally able to track down my service agent to speak to me. Mind you it has been two weeks now that my car has been at service center. Finally service agent answered my call with help of receptionist tracking him down. Never answered after leaving him multiple messages. Magically after I speak to him the car will be ready the next day. Picked up my car and the radio/entertainment unit would not turn on. Had to return right away and they had to reset my battery. Then while driving home my thermostat and fan when turned on is now making a banging noise in my dash all of a sudden. Service agent says it is an actuator that probably went bad. Wasn’t a problem before I dropped off the car. Ridiculously poor service don’t you think?! Now I have to find the time to drop off the car to fix this banging noise associated with the thermostat. I’m scared I might have the same experience leaving the car for weeks without any updates and idea of how long service will take. Never got a call from the service manager to address the service issues I had despite leaving him a message. My service agent tried to tell me he can’t call me every 30 sec when he never called me to update me on my car in two weeks until I made an issue of trying to talk to the service manager and have the receptionist help me to speak to anyone in the service department to help me.
