10 k checkup Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by a young woman Service Advisor who had all the answers we asked in a very pleasant and authoritative manner. The woman asked us if we had any other questions about the car and she answered them in just a minute or two and we were on our way. This was disturbing to me as I personally had changed them myself about a week before, which leads me to the conclusion what else really needed attention and was not checked. I am disappointed that these two items were apparently not checked at the time of service. More

I usually have a perfect experience but a couple of things this time around to mention. No one called to say a review of the car and that the work was done. I called after 3:09 to check in. Mentioned it wa amusing and needed to be replaced when I got there and had to have the car drive. Back into the bay and wait longer to have one out on then pay again. I realized when I was almost home they didn’t re-set the dash so now I have to come back in for that. Wishing I would have had My normal guy. He’s not pictured below and he’s the best. More
