Poor handling of recall ECU recall repair took 2 1/2 times longer than I was originally advised by person who made my appointment and also what the recall notice predicted. Also was told by Service Advisor that I would receive a record of my visit by email. It is now 2 days later and I still have no written record of the work that was done. I have always had excellent service on my vehicles at Molle but this time is an exception. More
