Even though the dealership was swamped because of the current recall issues, I was still given the best service by Bill Marshall and the rest of the friendly staff at Molle. I brought my Rav4 in for 30,000 mile service. I called ahead and was given a price and a time to arrive. When I arrived I was quickly processed and told the service manager that I would wait since I had ahead and was given a price and a time to arrive. When I arrived I was quickly processed and told the service manager that I would wait since I had been told the day before that it would take 2 hours for the work. I hooked my laptop to the wi fi had a cup of coffee and worked until I was called that my car was ready (almost exactly two hours). I have had no problems since the service. Everything is working fine. They even warshed the car! Great work and I got a follow up call from the service manager to make sure I was happy. While all service is expensive the bill was almost exactly what I had been quoted (no suprises). I will be back and tell others of my experience. More

Why do I come to the Truck Service Department it is very simple. 3years ago just after I purchased my Prius I called to schedule the 1st needed service. At that time it took 2 weeks to get on the schedule simple. 3years ago just after I purchased my Prius I called to schedule the 1st needed service. At that time it took 2 weeks to get on the schedule. My next service work I used the computer and dome how I got John as my service writer. He got me in when I wanted it and it was very soon. Since then I just drive up for an unscheduled oil change and he always takes care of me while I wait. Since then I have never been to the car service department in 92,000 miles. I was expecting a frantic time at the dealership last week but came into a place where people wanted to help you and get ur car to 100%. Doug the Servive Manager really has motivated his staff to stay positive and made sure his customers are the #1 priority whether its and oil change or part of this recall issue. I my self had the recall, oil change, and some minor warranty work done. They were up front with the time of my repairs and made me feel comfortable with the changes done on the car. Result: Well the car was fixed in the time that was estimated. the repairs look and feel GREAT! and my peace of mind was taken care of!! If you want a dealership that only makes u feel good the day you bought ur car go somewhere else. If you want a dealership that makes u feel good and like part of their family afterwards then go see the friendly and professional staff at Molle Toyota. The car has on all the features of comparable cars which are considerabley more expensice including it cousin the Lexis RX650. There are not enough words to express how I like the ride, the features, the size etc. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. More
I took my Toyota Corolla -1997 (towed) to their service on sunday 8/22/09 due to car not starting. They said the battery is dead and need a new batter and terminals. They installed Truestart 00544-35060-55 on sunday 8/22/09 due to car not starting. They said the battery is dead and need a new batter and terminals. They installed Truestart 00544-35060-550 (550 CCA rating) I paid the money and took the old battery from them since the old battery was only 18 months old. When the walmart store (where I bought) tested the bateery it was good (640 CCA rating and test measured 683 CCA) and they refused to honor the warranty. I took the car and old battery to the service center and they tested it once again and found the test measured 643 CCA which is good. But the service manager manipulated the rating to 800 CCA and showed me the battery is still bad and destroyed the report. They offered me to take out the installed neew battery and replace with the old one and refund the money they charged for the new battery. I accepted and tok the car back with the old battery. My wife took a car we just bought up for an oil change when she was at work they called her and said we need to do the 30,000 mile service and if you don't you might lose your factory warranty. I was on a plane to texas so I was not involved but she decided to go ahead with it and when it was all said and done they had hit us with a $626.00 dollar bill. I had just replaced the air filter on the vehicle and the reason they had for changing it again was because it was not a toyota air filter. I was very disappointed and I will not return and I recommend that you say clear of this dealer. More
The dealership has been remodeled and it looks fantastic now. They had a huge inventory the vehicle I wanted in the color choice I wanted. Friendly staff and a pleasant experience.
