Great service with a smile! I went in for an oil change and was given a multipoint inspection as well to let me know how the rest of the car was doing. Sealed Transmission Fluid Flush Have a sealed "no dipstick" transmission in my Lexus with 160,000+ miles. It was working just fine, but I am planning to get over 300,000 miles out o Have a sealed "no dipstick" transmission in my Lexus with 160,000+ miles. It was working just fine, but I am planning to get over 300,000 miles out of the car and I struggle with the concept of a "lifetime" fluid getting me there. The Lexus dealer repeatedly told me it doesn't need to be replaced and say it is a lifetime fluid under normal driving conditions. They will try to do every other service for you, but don't seem to want do the transmission fluid flush. So I called Molle Toyota since I have purchased multiple vehicles from them. The service writer explained they do this service all the time and use Toyota's WS fluid so I scheduled an appointment. They got my car in fairly quickly after I got to the dealership and was on my way in less than 2 hours. I feel much better having some fresh "lifetime" fluid in my transmission. More

Quality of work was fair and service was disappointing I'd scheduled my appointment to get back bumper reattached and front passenger fender well installed over a week before bringing vehicle in. I left k I'd scheduled my appointment to get back bumper reattached and front passenger fender well installed over a week before bringing vehicle in. I left key in night drop box the night before service and called in a 8:15 the morning of service to verify the key had been located. At that point, the person told me they didn't have me on the schedule and don't normally do this type of service on a Friday in case I were to be disappointed in quality of work they wouldn't have time to correct any experienced issues. I explained my frustration and said I had an email confirmation of the appointment and not sure where the disconnect lied. The lady then sent me a form to complete and my car was put on schedule to work on that day. At 4:00 I called into shop to see if my car was ready and learned it was, yet no one had called me. I then made arrangements to get there at 5:45 to get my car. Upon arrival I noticed the back bumper was not seamlessly attached and that there were still unexpected gaps. I also noticed paint had been scratched on back driver side bumper where bumper slides up to main body of car. I called an immediately let the person still at office know of these issues. She said she would have someone call me on Saturday. I've yet to hear from anyone. Disappointed, as I am very loyal to Molle for service on both my Prius and Land Cruiser. This experience leaves me unsatisfied. More
