My fav service center My 84 month Toyota battery went dead at 36 months. Pulled into service with no appt. Gene, the service guy took care of me as quickly as he could. Repair My car starting having an intermittent problem over the weekend. On Monday I called and got an appt for Tuesday. I appreciate the shuttle to take me to work after dropping off my car too. I like working with Don Pelzer. He kept me informed of the necessary work, and called when work was completed. I feel like I get quality work for a reasonable price. More

Great service but disappointed how hard it is to get a loane I love the service but even when calling in appointment, it is really hard to request a loaner and shuttle wait time is long. Service Appointment I decided to bring my car to this location since I have just moved to the area from Lawrence, and needed to get some work done. I went in for an oil c I decided to bring my car to this location since I have just moved to the area from Lawrence, and needed to get some work done. I went in for an oil change but ended up needing new tires and a few other things done, which was fine. However they did have some specials going on so I wanted to get the best out of the deals and specials. I bought 3 tries and got one for a buck. With that "special" they would not let me us the "deal of the month" which is directly from their website to get an additional $50 off. I understand when you use coupons you can not always stack them, but these were not coupons these were Molle's deals. I do believe I should have received the additional $50 off since it was posted on their website spend $350 or more get $50 off. I spent well over $350. More
