First visit to Molle Toyota I just recently moved to Kansas City and needed a place to service my 2003 Lexus IS300. I only take this car to Lexus and Toyota dealers. Molle Toyo I just recently moved to Kansas City and needed a place to service my 2003 Lexus IS300. I only take this car to Lexus and Toyota dealers. Molle Toyota provided me the service I expected and provided recommendations on future maintenance requirements with cost estimates. I was one of the first appointments of the day at 7am and the oil change, tire rotation, and Missouri safety check took approximately 90-minutes so plan accordingly - but their waiting area is comfortable with beverages, snacks and Wifi. Their prices are no different than any other dealership and I prefer OEM parts anyway, so I expect to pay a little more. I did stop in at the Parts window and rang the bell, but after 5 minutes and no response, I left. I will continue to use Molle Toyota for service for my Lexus. Recommendation: Can a "recall" check for my VIN be provided? This service was provided to me before at another dealership, and the information was useful in updating my vehicle. Thank you. More

I feel it is very over priced. 152$ for oil and filter chng Oil and filter change is extremely over priced. I was also told I need 4 new tires, when the tires are barely two years old. Always good service They always do great service on our Toyotas. No problems there. But, when I get my car back, I wish they would not mess with settings in the car, or They always do great service on our Toyotas. No problems there. But, when I get my car back, I wish they would not mess with settings in the car, or at least put them back to where I had them.. This time the seat was moved way forward. The lumbar pad was inflated all the way. The radio station was changed. The automatic lights were turned off. I understand they are probably checking out things, but put it back the way it was given to you, please. More
