Coming to the end of my 36 month warranty on my Tacoma I went into the dealership and showed the service tech and manager my rusted receiver on the trailer hitch. Collision Center We returned to Molle Collision Center because in the past we had such great service. We were in a wreck and the vehicle was totaled. Molle did not g We returned to Molle Collision Center because in the past we had such great service. We were in a wreck and the vehicle was totaled. Molle did not get to fix the vehicle because of this but they were great to work with our insurance company and coached us thru the process. Hence, this is why we returned to Molle when our daughter had a wreck. There was no questions as to where we were to get our car repaired. The collision center was able to get us a bid for repair promptly and we left the car with them to be fixed within the next three weeks. During this three week period I contacted them for an update. I did not receive a return phone call for another week after my message. I left phone messages and email messages. The car was completed within the scheduled time. When we arrived to pick up the car, I assumed someone would do a walk thru with us to make sure the repairs were up to our standards. We were handed the keys and expected to be sent on our way. I felt I had to "pull" information from the clerk to find out about the warranty. The invoice we were provided showed the initial repairs but the two supplements that were filed with the insurance after the initial was not itemized. There is still some minor repairs to the car from the accident that have not been resolved and we are compiling a list to present to Molle. More
