I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime in for a recall service yesterday, mileage is just over 30,000 miles. The customer service representative said the brake fluid and rear differential fluid both need service yesterday, mileage is just over 30,000 miles. The customer service representative said the brake fluid and rear differential fluid both needed to be changed out at 30,000 miles (cost $125 each). I asked if these were called for in the Toyota Maintenance Schedule. He checked and said they were. I just got home and checked, and guess what? The rear differential fluid should be changed at 60,000 miles IF you've been towing. The brake fluid is NEVER required to be change (just checked...so change when it has too much moisture). So I've been overcharged $300 for trusting this dealer. I called and pleaded my case with Jason, a service manager, and who explained why they felt they needed to exceed the Toyota engineering recommendations. I won't be back...do NOT trust their maintenance recommendations. You're on your own...just get out your manual when you walk up to the service counter or go somewhere else. More

I’ve been coming to Molle for service on my vehicle since I bought it in 2010. I’ve had Jason as my advisor many, many times. He has always been polite, courteous and thorough explaining my services. We get all of our Toyotas serviced here at Molle and have done so for the past 7 years. Each time is it a very smooth process. Staff are super friendly and patient with you if you have questions. Sometimes with maintenance there are things you can hold off on versus needing to do ASAP--and Chris was very helpful today in balancing what was needed now, where our family finances are, and what we can defer to our next visit. I took my 2022 Tundra in for 10k service and remedy for the tonneau cover recall. I had an appointment and I asked Jason how long both activities would take and he said 2 hours. When my vehicle was ready after 2 hours, 35 minutes, I questioned the amount of time it took, considering Toyota states the tonneau cover takes 35 minutes and the 10k service takes 1 hour, 5 minutes for a total of 1 hour 40 minutes. Immediately Jason got defensive, loud, argumentative, and condescending. He said “do you want it fast or do you want it right?” This is an improper response to any customer, especially a customer who has purchased a million dollars worth of vehicles from Molle Toyota. It is obvious Jason has an anger problem that needs to be addressed quickly. Some customer service and empathy training is also recommended. I will keep returning to Molle because they are a great, family-owned company. However, I will avoid interacting with Jason. More

After making an appointment on August 11-2023, I took my 2016 Highlander with 71000 miles on the odometer into Molle Service center on August 14, 2023. I've owned the vehicle since it was new and assumed it was due for at least new brake pads. After dropping the car off around 9 am, I fully expected to hear that they changed front and rear break pads. However I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back around 10 am stating that the brake pads were fine with 6 mm left. Asked over the phone if I had other concerns about break performance, I said 'no' but I was glad to not incur replacement cost at this time. I was especially surprised that there was no charge at all, including the inspection that I sure would be 30-50 dollars at other locations. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. I have had good experiences with Molle Toyoto service center in the past and have always found them to be very trustworthy. Thank you Molle Toyota! More
I had just picked up my brand new 2023 Toyota Corolla to bring home on 07-24-23. On 07-29-23 I had noticed a nail in my back passenger tire that I could have picked up some place because of construction aro bring home on 07-24-23. When I went to pick up my title paper work on 07-24-23, I had told the guys at the front desk about the nail and they happily told me to drive it around to the service area and they could plug the tire for me. They sounded truthful about the situation. When I took the car around to the service area to show them, the guy who helped me told me that I would need a whole new tire for $257.00. A red flag went up then and I told him what the guys at the front desk had said I needed. I also told several other male men that I knew about my tire after the fact and they said with that being a Brand New Tire !!! all it needed was for it to be plugged like the front desk guys stated, they all said No Way I should have Never had to purchase a whole new tire ! The guy who worked there came up with excuses I think because he knew that I was a female. I keep questioning him if he was sure that I didn't only need my tire plugged and he kept insisting that I needed a new tire. I took my car back on 08-01-23 to get the new tire and still kept questioning him about only needing the tire plugged several times. I am still not trusting him at all and wish I hadn't paid $257.00 for a new tire when I just purchased the car and still haven't even paid for the taxes on my car yet. That has made me feel terrible and un trustworthy about the service department there ! That is a bad first impression ! More
