He was very motivated to beat other dealers' offers. Without any hassle or negotiating, he was able to offer an extremely good price (more than 10% under MSRP) AND he negotiated the bank to ensure that we got 0% financing. He also persuaded the dealership to offer us a very decent price for our trade-in. He also went out of his way to take care of a DMV complication that we had because of missing documents, then he stayed late for us the night we wanted to pick up the car. He even spent 20min with us walking us through the features of the vehicle, programming our phones to the Bluetooth, etc. At the end of the day, we got the exact vehicle we wanted, for less than we expected to pay, and the entire transaction was a pleasure to go through. I will definitely return to this dealer in the future. More
