After three years in our lease we will buy it outright with the remaining balance. Three years from now we would still not be done paying on the Chevy. Once we are done with the lease and have paid off the car, we plan on trading it in for a new Honda and plan on financing this time and I know the monthly payment will be much lower. NEW DENT IN TRUCK DAY OF PICK-UP I went to test drive and inspect a 2016 Dodge Ram on Wednesday 9/11. I inspected the truck along with the salesman extremely thoroughly and it was ve I went to test drive and inspect a 2016 Dodge Ram on Wednesday 9/11. I inspected the truck along with the salesman extremely thoroughly and it was very clean w/ no issues. I then drove the truck and loved it. We were unable to reach a deal that day based on the monthly payment I was seeking . On thursday 9/12 the salesman called me back and we were able to reach an agreement. I put a deposit down over the phone to hold the truck. I went to pick up the truck on Friday 9/13 and complete the paperwork. The salesman told me that I put the deposit down just in time because the truck was actually in someone else's possession on Thursday (a neighbor of the GM took it for the day/night to test drive). The salesman told me he actually had to go to this individual's home and let him know that the truck was purchased by myself and that he needed to take it back to the dealer. After I signed all the paperwork on Friday, they gave me my keys and I drove directly home. When I got home I noticed a large dent in the rear bumper that was not there when I viewed the truck initially. I never even put the truck into reverse between the dealership and my home, nor did anyone or anything hit me. I immediately sent a picture to the salesman who referred me to Mike, the used car manager. He informed me that they basically would have noticed if there was a new dent and that he could give me a quote if I wanted to pay for repair! They said it was "tough to rectify on their end". So now I have a $32k truck that has a big dent in the bumper, which was caused between the time I put my deposit down and the time I picked the truck up. I never write reviews, but I figured maybe this would get a response since my concerns and dissatisfaction were not attempted to be resolved in any capacity...other than I could pay for it out of my own pocket! Even if the dent itself wasn't going to be fixed, something should have been offered at the very least. More

Alex made sure we knew all the ins and outs of the car, and kept us up to date on what was happening. The one criticism for not getting a 5 was we had to wait quite a bit for different people to do different things. (Get the car ready, Manager to approve the trade in value, person to meet for final paper work. It was not an extremely lot of waiting, but enough). Alex did a great job of covering the time and he deserves a 5 for the job he did. It was waiting on othersthat seemed to hold us up. More
