Overall a positive experience. I can't say enough positive things about how helpful Andreana was in working with me. I do feel like they need to do a better job reviewing their spec I can't say enough positive things about how helpful Andreana was in working with me. I do feel like they need to do a better job reviewing their specials they put on their website because chances are there are errors on their pricing. Saturdays are definitely chaotic, but they offer some complimentary beverages and snacks that are helpful. I did leave feeling like I was missing something. More

Down your throat sales Purchased a certified preowned, Sandra explained how I won some give away because they sold 600 cars blah blah blah. Well, I didn’t get anything without paying and I wasn’t going to pay for an aftermarket warranty. Well, Sandra flips over this laminated poster and points out all the expensive parts on Honda Civic and “warns” there’s a reason Honda only gives 3 years or 36,000 miles. I couldn’t believe what I heard! Sales manager so money hungry for an aftermarket warranty she talks poorly of Honda’s quality!!!! Now, after I declined she became very very unfriendly. Quite sad More
