I have worked with him with all my previous leases. I recommend him highly. He is honest and always gets back to you and goes out of his way to be sure you have questions answered and facilitate every aspect of the process. Kevin Coleman was my delivery specialist and he was great.! He was smart, friendly, and a great communicator and getting my car all set up the way I like it. The purchase of our CRV Sport-L was actually a pleasant experience. Our sales person, Vincent Fernandez, was knowledgeable about the car, its features, and returned followup emails. The finance manager, Jake Doyle, reviewed all the paperwork with us, answered our additional questions, explained some additional warranty packages but was not pushy on purchase of them. The delivery coordinator, Geninne Magiera, personalized our vehicle and spent time to show us how to operate it's features. From entering the dealership, through sales, financing and pick up, the Mohawk team we encountered were welcoming, courteous and not high pressured. We felt they listened to what we did and did not want in a car and were respectful of that. More
