He listened to everything I wanted in a car and made suggestions. As soon as he knew I did not like something, he moved on and did not try to get me to like something I didn't. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. Once we chose a car and went inside to talk about the details, he was very patient with me as I was on and off the phone the whole time. His manager, Kamil, was also great help. I appreciated that he was kind and understanding and really worked with my budget and needs. He spoke very calmly and did not push me to do something I would not have wanted to do. He gave me a great deal on the car I wanted and I am grateful. When we met Sam for finance, he was very thorough with all the paperwork. He consistently asked if we understood everything we were signing and if we had any questions. Scheduled 6-Month Service I took my Toyota in for servicing. The employee I worked with advised me that they found a nail on the sidewall of the left front tire. He said it I took my Toyota in for servicing. The employee I worked with advised me that they found a nail on the sidewall of the left front tire. He said it couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new tire. He also told me that they put the tire in the rear for safety reasons. I have since replaced the tire. The young man that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit. More
