Terrible I purchase a vehicle a week ago and mind you it was not a cheap car the management there is terrible no one knows how to return a call in a timely man I purchase a vehicle a week ago and mind you it was not a cheap car the management there is terrible no one knows how to return a call in a timely manner I've tried contacting the owner and general manager... and they don't take the time to call back they have lied to I regret doing business with these people Merced toyota was more helpful than them! And they didn't have to help me since I didn't buy from them , I will take my new vehicle to merced .... if you looking for a toyota drive to merced great staff all around they call back they listen and care about there customers I was an old customer and they still took the time to help More
