The people are great, wait times, not so much The staff here at the dealership are awesome! My problem is with the wait times for service. It is plainly apparent to me they overbook. I had scheduled a 1pm appointment for their "Express Service" center, for a 10K mile service. By 1:42pm, they had not started on my car. I spoke with a rep, who was very polite and understanding, but I explained I did not have all day to wait, especially when I made an appointment more than two weeks before. At the least, they could have warned me it would take a while when I first arrived. They bumped me up in line, and even with that, it was not until after 2:30pm that I got my car back. I will only schedule service now first thing in the morning. More

I arrived home after dropping it off and received a phone call from Toyota confirming my appointment for next week. I told the young lady that my car was already there for service . She checked in with the advisor . The advisor named Noah, said it was fine and that they would go ahead and get the service done . I thought that was so great of them to do that and I really appreciated it . Super friendly and they really take care of you . I would definitely be returning for future services needed for my car . Easiest car buying exp. Hugo, sales pro, listened to us and worked with us efficiently and assisted us in selecting the best financial purchase option. The floor manager was Hugo, sales pro, listened to us and worked with us efficiently and assisted us in selecting the best financial purchase option. The floor manager was equally helpful in explaining what CostCo auto purchase benefit and Toyota cash rebates were in writing, though he should not have said that additional $1k cash rebate was available only on that weekend (later verified with the financial manager that it was good thr 4/30/18). Nevertheless, overall experience was one of the best we ever had with our local Toyota dealers. More
