Had a 3:45 PM appointment for an oil change. Got the vehicle there early and was checked in. 1/2 hour into my wait, the service department had not even started. When I asked a technician in the service garage area what the delay was, he basically told me I just needed to wait because there were other cars in front. Yes, I get that, but what's the point of having an appointment. This gentlemen appeared to be "burdened" to take the time to answer my question. 15 minutes later, and 45 minutes into my total wait time (they had started yet) I decided to take my business elsewhere. Everyone's time is valuable. I highly doubt the dealership would allow me to show up 45 minutes late to my appointment. On this afternoon, the dealership was not busy, everyone was moving on island time, and the lack of customer service/customer communication was very poor. I am giving this review 2 stars because the service agent who checked me in at the counter was very professional. Toyota may be the only game in town in some respects, but you guys really need to get your focus back on the customer. More

I put $1,000 down for a 2022 Hybrid Prius in April. They sold the car to someone else the day before I was to drive up from Los Angeles to pick it up.
