Gary was very friendly, never seemed to want to rush me to make a decision, and was not trying to "upgrade' my choice, even when I first had decided on the Soul instead of the Sportage. They tried to overcharge us for a water pump $750 called numerous other toyota dealers and they said $350!!!!
